The list of Super Real estate agents is annually published in the November issue of Mpls./St Paul magazine and Twin Cities Business. The annual list is expected to represent 3% to 5% of the licensed real estate agents in Minnesota. This award is based on customer satisfaction and overall industry knowledge. Before the sifting process of selection begins, one must be nominated from the following peer group of more than 120,000 real estate industry related professionals:
+ All Super Real Estate Agents appearing in the previous year’s listing
+ A sampling of homebuyers who had recent experiences with real estate agents receives a paper ballot or called for a telephone survey
+ Metropolitan mortgage and title companies, where the agent’s skills and preparation needed for successful closing are discerned
+ Minneapolis St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business subscribers receive a paper ballot or can make an online nomination.

The Executive Club
Members of the Executive Club qualify by earning between $75,000 and $99,999 in gross commissions during the preceding calendar year. Numbers only cannot tell the full story of a lead realtor's achievements. Since it would otherwise be extremely difficult to measure all the hard work and talent of the very best Realtors, recognition of their achievements defined by numbers is certainly valuable.
Associates must re-qualify for these awards each year. The Executive Club gives proper recognition to outstanding realtors with increasingly high levels of success.
